Online Availability Calendar
Booking one of our villas could not be easier. On this page we offer for your convenience a real-time villa availability system which automatically updates as bookings are made.
In our "availability" section above please type in the date range in which you would like to visit us. This will show you which villas are available on those dates. Choose the villa you would like to book by pressing "Request Reservation". This will then take you to another page in which you should provide us with as many details as you can including any additional requests. If you wish to hire a car we can assist you with booking one. With regard to booking flights we recommend www.expedia.co.uk which offer a comprehensive choice of flights (combined with car hire if you wish) from all the major airlines to Cyprus to suit all budgets.
Within 24 hours of receiving your "Reservation Request" we will contact you with a provisional confirmation of your booking and bank details of where you need to pay your 30% deposit (please review our Terms & Conditions with regard to the deposit). We will price the deposit both in GBP and EUROS. In order to facilitate the process for our UK customers we have opened a UK bank account to make paying us quicker, easier and cheaper. Once we have received your deposit we will contact you again to inform you that that your booking is now fully confirmed.
One month prior to your arrival we will contact you requesting that you remit the 70% balance of the fee which should be paid 14 days prior to arrival at the latest. Again please review our terms and conditions.
Availability Calendar also available for viewing purposes only. Please note that you cannot request a reservation using the calendar. Requests for Reservation can only be made using the availability search facility above.
